A region can not grow if it’s industries aren’t doing well. Companies and Professionals in the NCR region had been trying to adopt Agile beyond Scrum adoption and cultivate needed culture and mindset. Via AgilityToday we want to help the region with all the needed help and resources. Agile Job Fair is one such effort to bridge the gap between Agile Job Opportunities and Agile Job Seekers. This is a unique event that connects companies to best minds in the agile community and derives mutual benefit for companies as well as agile enablers. Companies often end up spending a lot of energy to reach "Job Ready" agile enablers. We will provide access for your company to pre-screened profiles for the roles below:
This initiative is absolutely FREE for Agile Professionals as well as Organizations hiring them. But if a certain organization wants to participate in an in-person Job Fair, there is a small logistics cost.

Either: We will provide Companies Profiles based on JDs (Job Description) Companies shared. Companies will let us know what profiles are selected and rejected. We will also need a brief 'reason for rejection'. This is absolutely FREE participation. |
